A confidential space to heal, grow, and reconnect.

You’re taught to be independent, stoic, and self-sufficient

Which makes prioritizing your well-being or asking for support feel like something you shouldn’t need.

But you face real challenges.

In relationships.
In sex and intimacy.
In work and performance.
In parenthood.
In identity.

With so few places to talk honestly about these pressures, they become isolation, frustration, or quiet shame.

You feel it in your body and your day

Scrolling social media and comparing yourself.
Trying to hold it together at work and at home.
Shutting down, overworking, or zoning out because it’s easier than feeling.
Doing everything for everyone - while something inside feels worn thin.

Areas of focus

Here’s the truth: you’re not broken.

Therapy is not about fixing you - it’s about helping you understand yourself, manage emotions in a healthy way, and navigate modern pressure without burning out.

My approach

Growth begins with connection.

Together, we will:

  • Explore the parts of you that have been pushed aside

  • Strengthen the parts of you that want to lead

  • Build clarity, confidence, and meaningful connection in your life

More about therapy

My approach

My work focuses on helping individuals rewrite the stories that hold them back, reconnect with their inner strengths, and live with greater courage, confidence, and connection.

Authenticity and relational growth are at the heart of my practice. When individuals feel empowered to show up as themselves, the impact extends outward—strengthening families, relationships, communities, and the broader world.

My practice is inclusive of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, body abilities, and relationship styles. I welcome clients exploring kink, BDSM, non-monogamy, polyamory, and other diverse identities. This is a space where authenticity is honored and curiosity is met with compassion.

My therapeutic style is highly personalized, integrating evidence-based and innovative approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Through open, safe, and judgment-free dialogue, therapy becomes an opportunity to uncover barriers, build deeper self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create more meaningful life experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one grounded in healing, growth, and the human desire for connection.

Areas of focus

MEN’S HEALTH

Many of us grow up learning to hide our pain, hold back tears, rely only on ourselves, and keep others at a distance. These strategies may help us survive for a while, but over time they can create challenges in our relationships, work, and creative lives. Allowing vulnerability can open the door to deeper connection and meaningful growth.

SEX THERAPY

Even though we’re surrounded by sexualized messages, expectations, and pressure, very few people learn how to talk about sex in the context of attachment and intimacy. When desires, needs, and concerns go unspoken, it becomes difficult to build intimate, healthy, and fulfilling sexual relationships.

EATING DISORDERS

Eating issues can show up in many ways. Often, they develop as a way to avoid difficult emotions or experiences—using food to numb, cope, or manage conflict. Eating disorders can also stem from a deep desire for acceptance or validation, convincing someone that only through weight loss, strict control, or changing their body will they feel “enough.”

EATING DISORDERS

WORK STRESS

When pressure replaces passion, stress and fatigue follow. Naming this disconnect is the beginning of restoring balance and rediscovering purpose.

WORK STRESS

MOOD DISORDERS

Depression and anxiety can be overwhelming, but therapy offers a way to feel like yourself again. Even when it’s hard to reach out or believe things can improve, support is available—effective treatment can ease symptoms and create meaningful change.

STRUGGLES WITH SEX AND PORN USE

Sex addiction and porn addiction refer to compulsive sexual behaviors or preoccupation with sex, love, or romantic pursuits. These patterns often create a sense of being out of control, where a person continues despite negative consequences in their life.

CO-PARENTING

Co-parenting can be challenging, especially when parents have different styles, unresolved tensions, or lingering conflict after a separation or divorce. Successful co-parenting requires emotional regulation, clear communication, and a shared focus on the child’s best interests.

LGBTQ+ AFFIRMING THERAPY

Trust, safety, and the freedom to unfold are core elements of effective therapy. For members of the LGBTQ+ community, these foundations are especially vital. When you feel safe with a therapist you trust, you’re more able to open up authentically and address the challenges impacting your mental health.

LGBTQ+ AFFIRMING THERAPY

KINK AFFIRMING THERAPY

I support the sexual experiences that feel authentic to you—whether that includes kink, fetishes, dominance and submission, role-play, or desires you’ve never spoken aloud. Together, we can explore cultural expectations, shame, coming out, kink, and ethical non-monogamy with safety and openness.

Clients describe therapy with me

My clients tell me I’m a therapist they can be real with. No mask. No posturing. No performance.
Just steady support, honest conversation, and a space where nothing is off-limits.

Clients tell me the real impact isn’t just the insight — it’s the safety to talk openly about intimacy, pressure, masculinity, and the parts of themselves they usually hide. In that space, real change starts to happen.

My training

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) and am a licensed psychologist, an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through IAEDP. My training represents years of advanced clinical work, supervised practice, and rigorous evaluation across sexual health, intimacy, body image, trauma, and emotional wellbeing.

AASECT certification requires extensive specialty coursework, thousands of supervised hours, and demonstrated expertise in sexual functioning, desire, performance concerns, relational intimacy, and the impact of identity and culture on sexual health.

IAEDP’s CEDS credential reflects advanced competence in treating eating disorders and related concerns, integrating psychological, behavioral, medical, and relational dimensions of care.

I work with individuals and couples in a warm, nonjudgmental environment where sexuality, intimacy, body image, and emotional health can be explored openly. Rooted in curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, my approach blends evidence-based treatment with compassion to help clients reconnect with themselves and live more authentically.
